Our Story
AMSUMAR was founded in 1994 by Carlos Eduardo Alegría Cárdenas
We have facilities with the latest technology for the services we perform and we are a distributor and/or service station authorized by the most important factories in the world dedicated to the safety and survival of human life at sea, such as: VIKING, ACR-ARTEX , LALIZAS, DSB, RFD, ZODIAC, SHANGHAI YOU LONG RUBBER, SURVITEC GROUP, SEAMAN SAFETY, SEA AIR, SEASAFE, FUJIKURA, NINGBO ZHENHUA, VANGUARD, BALDEN, ZHENJIANG JUST MARINE EQUIPMENT CO. LTD., WUXI HAIHONG BOAT MAKING, COMET, PAINS WESSEX, HAMMAR, DANIAMANT, among others.
We have ISO 9001-2015 certification in terms of inspection, maintenance and testing of equipment for the survival and safety of human life at sea. In addition, we are approved by the most important classification societies in the world, such as: DET NORSKE VERITAS, LLOYD'S REGISTER OF SHIPPING, BUREAU VERITAS, AMERICAN BUREAU OF SHIPPING, CHINA CLASSIFICATION SOCIETY, RINA, KOREAN REGISTER OF SHIPPING and NIPPON KAIJI KYOKAI.
